ABA A Step At A Time Care in Brooklyn Heights, NY is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home, in-school, or community ABA therapy under BCBA guidance. This role focuses on data collection, progress tracking, and client safety.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respoect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $30/hour

• Part-Time: Monday and Friday 4:00 to 6:00 PM and weekends 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday preferred, sessions will be longer after first 2-4weeks

• Location: Brooklyn Heights, New York, NY

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
