Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Staten Island, NY

Location: Staten Island, NY | In-Home ABA Therapy

Schedule: needs second RBT to fill the 19 hours, (weekend hours), alternate with RBT Mon (4 hours) Tues, Wed, Thur (2 hours) Fridays (2‑4 hours) non‑verbal ADHD/ASD

Salary: $24–$28 per Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings
• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate session data and complete session notes in a timely manner using Rethink
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team
• Help create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for each client

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children preferred
• Basic understanding of ABA principles and data collection
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance
• Experience with session note writing and documentation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
