ABA A Step At A Time Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community settings in Yonkers, NY. The role supports BCBA-designed treatment plans and emphasizes data collection and progress tracking.

The position offers part-time hours with competitive pay between $22 and $32 per hour and opportunities for professional development, paid training, and career growth within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
• Continue with professional development.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $32/hour
• Part-Time: Monday to Friday 3:00 - 6:00 PM and weekends (9:00 AM - Noon or 2:00 - 6:00 PM)
• Location: Yonkers, NY

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
