Job summary

KidzThrive ABA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Staten Island team. You will conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with children, implement behavior plans under a BCBA supervision, and help collect data to track progress.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, opportunity for growth, and pay up to $26 per hour, depending on education and experience. Mandarin language ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work flexible full-time or part-time schedules.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality of client information.
• Mandarin speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA therapist to join our team at KidzThrive ABA. As an ABA therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with ASD.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for ABA Responsibilities:

• Conduct one on one therapy sessions with clients using ABA techniques
• Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect data to measure progress
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for ABA Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time options
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members
• Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem solve in a fast paced environment
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
• Mandarin speaking a plus
