Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Seymour, TN is hiring part-time RBTs for afternoon cases. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under supervision and support treatment plans created by a BCBA, with opportunities to grow into full-time roles through our fellowship programs.

Responsibilities include tracking client progress, traveling to homes or designated sites, and maintaining a positive, consistent presence. Must have an active RBT credential and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with kids.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
