Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Old Hickory, TN is seeking RBTs for afternoon shifts to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under supervision.

You'll follow treatment plans, document progress, travel to client homes, and have opportunities for advancement through our fellowship programs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with kids.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
