Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a supportive environment in Portland, TN. The role follows treatment plans set by a supervising BCBA and includes travel to client homes.

We offer a BCBA Fellowship Program, paid time off, health insurance options, and a path from part-time to potential full-time work with flexible scheduling and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
