Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring and seeking dedicated RBTs for afternoon shifts in Old Hickory, TN. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under a BCBA, tracking progress and maintaining consistent client support in various locations.

The role offers part-time hours with growth potential to full-time, paid time off, and a path to LC/lead roles through our fellowship programs. Competitive pay and a supportive clinical team complete the package.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with kids.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
