Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring RBTs for afternoon shifts in Centerville, TN. We offer a BCBA fellowship program, paid time off, and a supportive clinical team to help you grow while you work with children in a 1:1 ABA setting.

Responsibilities include following BCBA-approved treatment plans, documenting client progress, and traveling to client homes as needed. Part-time positions with potential to move to full-time are available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for working with kids.
• Prior ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in the client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
