Job summary

Galliant Tyler clinic is hiring energetic team members to provide 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a supportive center-based setting.

Certified RBTs earn $16–$21/hour or entry-level $15–$16/hour with 100% paid RBT training, a structured growth track, and a daytime schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
• Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic setting.
• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.

• Certified RBTs: $16.00 – $21.00 / hour

• Uncertified / Entry-Level: $15.00 – $16.00 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)

What We’re Looking For

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!

• The Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a collaborative clinical team.

• Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Tyler clinic.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
