Job summary

Galliant is hiring entry-level team members for the Tyler clinic to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with ASD. No prior ABA experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification! You will report to a dedicated clinic and work a daytime schedule 8:00 AM–4:15 PM, Monday through Friday.

Starting pay is $15.00–$16.00 per hour with 6-monthly raises. We offer a full benefits package and a supportive clinical team led by BCBAs.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Run individualized procedures designed to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
• Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity acceptance and compassionate care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.
• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
