Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Nebraska seeks dedicated RBTs to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement behavior plans designed by a supervising BCBA and record progress data using our clinical software.

Qualifications

• Certification as an active RBT is required or eligible to obtain certification.
• HS diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
