Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement plans created by supervising BCBAs, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and caregivers to support skill development.

This role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and a passion for helping children thrive in a supportive, engaging setting.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility required.
• High School diploma required; BA/BS in related field a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.

Job Requirements

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification, if applicable).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.
