Blue Gems ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized programs and collect real-time progress data to guide treatment.

Competenze

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification, if applicable).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.
