Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring for an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children in Nebraska. You will work under a supervising BCBA, implement intervention plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support skill development.

The role emphasizes compassionate, reliable care, strong communication, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve meaningful outcomes in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification (RBT)
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers
