Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Nebraska's Wayne area seeking an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision. You’ll implement behavior plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and BCBAs to support meaningful skill development.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and strong communication and reliability. A passion for helping children and families is essential for success in our team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
