Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Nebraska is seeking caring professionals to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision, supporting children with autism. You will implement intervention plans and collect progress data.

This role emphasizes collaboration with BCBA(s), families, and caregivers to promote meaningful skills, while maintaining a safe, engaging session environment. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required or eligible to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Education is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
