Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Plattsmouth, Nebraska, is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to join a compassionate team delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work 1:1 with clients under the supervision of a BCBA, collecting progress data and implementing behavior plans.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients with high quality, evidence-based practices.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
