Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Hastings, Nebraska, is hiring for a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision. You will implement behavior plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to support meaningful skill development.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Experience: Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment for the child during sessions.
