Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC in Nashville, TN is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for afternoon shifts, with part-time hours now available and potential to grow into full-time.

You’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under supervision, follow treatment plans, and track client progress through session notes, while benefiting from a supportive clinical team and growth opportunities through our fellowship programs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with kids.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
