Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Nashville, TN is hiring part-time RBTs for afternoon caseloads with potential to grow into full-time. Help deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA, track progress, and coordinate sessions with families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for working with kids.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client's day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other service locations.
