Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking RBTs for part-time afternoon shifts to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes or designated sites. You will follow plans set by a supervising BCBA and report client progress through session notes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and genuine passion for working with kids.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
