Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is hiring RBTs in Memphis, TN for part-time afternoon shifts with potential growth into full-time. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, track client progress, and travel to client homes, contributing to a supportive, community-focused team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
