Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in a supportive team environment.

You will work on 1:1 sessions, implement BCBA-developed plans, and carefully track client progress while collaborating with families and clinicians to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience in ABA or working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
