Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism, delivering compassionate, individualized sessions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, 1:1 client work, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive, collaborative environment that values meaningful client

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience in ABA or working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
