Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team and provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism.

In this role, you will work 1:1 with clients, implement BCBA-developed plans, and collect progress data. Part-time shifts offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements
