Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will deliver 1:1 sessions and implement treatment plans under a BCBA, while accurately recording client progress.

Part-time shifts (AM and/or PM) with flexible scheduling are available. A current RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and related ABA experience are required along with reliable transportation and willingness to

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children.

• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
