Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. In this role you will work 1:1 with clients under the supervision of a BCBA, implement individualized treatment plans, and rigorously collect data to track progress.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
