Job summary

Admire ABA is hiring a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work 1:1 with clients, implementing plans designed by a BCBA and collecting data on progress.

You will collaborate with families and the clinical team to support goals, while maintaining a safe and engaging therapy environment. Flexible scheduling is available, and travel locally may be required.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
