Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing Baltimore team. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism in a supportive, collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and meaningful client outcomes.

This position offers flexible scheduling (Mon-Fri, 4:00 PM-7:00 PM) with local travel, requires an active RBT credential, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 4:00 PM-7:00 PM

Requirements:
