Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in Maryland. The role emphasizes 1:1 support, data collection, collaboration with BCBA and families, and a flexible, part-time schedule with AM/PM shifts in Severn area.

Travel locally may be required. At Admire ABA you will maintain a safe, engaging therapy environment, record progress accurately, and support family goals.

Qualifications

• Current or equivalent: High school diploma or GED.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Experience and/or familiarity with ABA or working with children is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
