Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a BCBA clinician. R/BTs implement treatment plans addressing behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills in clients' homes.

We offer BCBA supervision, competitive compensation based on certification, education, and experience, and flexible part-time hours.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience with children that have disabilities
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel up to one hour from residence to provide services
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Able to meet the physical demands of the job (sitting/standing)

Responsibilities

Behavior Technician (R/BT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed
