Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (R/BT) to deliver home-based behavioral interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the Newton, MA area. You will work under a BCBA supervisor to implement targeted plans and help clients achieve communication, social, and daily living goals.

We offer flexible schedules, compensation based on certification and experience, and BCBA supervision to support professional growth in a collaborative, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel up to one hour from residence to provide services.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA clinician.
• Address behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.

Behavior Technician (R/BT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed
