ABA Home Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician / RBT to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans addressing communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field, and an RBT certification or willingness to obtain it.

Our Behavior Technicians / RBTs are an essential part of the ABA Home Therapy team, as you provide direct in-home, school, and community-based ABA services to our clients. Our Behavior Technicians work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement an individualized treatment plan to address communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs and social skills.
