Job summary

Professional Therapy Solutions seeks a Behavior Technician / RBT to provide in-home, school, and community-based ABA services under BCBA supervision.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and report progress. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field, BLS or willingness to obtain, and reliable transportation. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities.
• Experience with children with behavior problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in home setting.
• Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation.
• Fluent English required.
• RBT Certification (BACB) preferred.

Responsibilities

Our Behavior Technicians / RBTs are an essential part of the ABA Home Therapy team, as you provide direct in-home, school, and community-based ABA services to our clients. Our Behavior Technicians work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement an individualized treatment plan to address communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs and social skills.

ABA Home Therapy has Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities based on our Client’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
• Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
• Support the BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including dress, timeliness, and communication
