Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and help with behavioral, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and ability to travel up to one hour from home to provide services.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to meet physical demands of the job (sitting/standing).

We are seeking Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the R/BT is responsible to implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.
