Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a BCBA clinician.

You will implement treatment plans addressing behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills in clients' homes. Flexible schedules and part-time hours are available; BCBA supervision is provided to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel up to one hour from residence to provide services to clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

We are seeking Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the R/BT is responsible to implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.

Behavior Technician (R/BT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities

• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed
