Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy in Arlington, MA is seeking Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a BCBA.

The role focuses on implementing treatment plans to develop behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills, with flexible part-time schedules and BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based direct treatment to children with ASD under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans addressing behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills.
• Maintain compassionate, client-focused approach in a flexible schedule.
