Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy is seeking Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement treatment plans addressing behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills.

This role offers flexible part-time hours, travel to client homes within reach, and BCBA supervision. Join a compassionate team focused on client success, independence, and meaningful progress in each session.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation; travel up to one hour.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Implement home-based treatment plans addressing behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in clients' homes.
• Support families to help children become more independent and reach session goals.

Behavior Technician (R/BT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities

• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed
