Job summary

Strides ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in West Orange, NJ. This is a part-time, evening schedule from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.
