Job summary

Strides ABA in Monroe Township, NJ is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy. Work schedule includes Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–8:00 PM and weekends 11:00 AM–3:00 PM, with a competitive hourly rate.

You will collaborate with BCBAs to deliver individualized treatment plans, collect data on client progress, and ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Commitment to in-home ABA services and client progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with BCBA guidance.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for seamless care.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
