Strides ABA in Monroe Township, NJ is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities in home and clinic settings. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans, record data on behavior and progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers flexible evenings and weekend shifts and opportunities for professional growth through ongoing training.

Competenze

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred
• Commitment to consistency and reliability
• Valid drivers license or reliable transportation for in-home services

Weekends- Saturday 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
