Job summary

Strides ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home in Livingston, NJ. You will work with clients with autism and other developmental disabilities, under BCBA supervision, and contribute to progress data collection.

• Commitment to in-home and community-based services.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBA supervisors.
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress and outcomes.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices.
