Job summary

Strides ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (ABA) in Hillside, NJ. Join a team dedicated to helping children thrive through tailored ABA therapy and data-driven progress tracking.

The role involves delivering one-on-one sessions, developing treatment plans with BCBAs, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred) and a valid driver’s license for community/in-home visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation for community and in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBA(s)
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices

Education
