Strides ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to clients in Passaic, NJ on a part-time schedule. The role involves partnering with BCBA(s) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support families in a compassionate, professional setting.

Job Type: RBT In home

Location: Passaic NJ 07055

Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Sunday - 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices
