Strides ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in Clifton Park, NY. The role involves in-home sessions, data collection, and collaboration with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a supportive therapeutic environment. A driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and move during sessions.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday- 10:00am- 4:00pm

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices

As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT (ABA), you will work closely with our experienced team of professionals to deliver exceptional care to our clients. Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to kneel, sit, stand, and move around frequently during sessions
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation (for community and in‑home services)
