Strides ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Iselin, NJ. This part-time role requires commitment to delivering high-quality, individualized services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

You will work closely with BCBA(s) to implement plans and document progress. The position offers opportunities for professional growth, a collaborative team environment, and a competitive hourly rate.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor\'s degree preferred.
• Commitment to the role and clients.
• Valid driver\'s license or reliable transportation for in-home services.

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBA(s).
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Weekends- 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
