Job summary

Strides ABA in Asbury Park, NJ, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home, part-time work. Schedule: Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–7:00 PM with weekends flexible; you will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy and support families.

Join a dedicated team that develops individualized plans with BCBA supervision, collects data, and ensures a safe, supportive therapeutic environment. High school diploma required; bachelor's in related field preferred; valid driver's license recommended.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBA(s).
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
