Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, supporting children's growth and development. You will implement individualized plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to refine treatment.

The role requires flexibility for weekends/evenings, excellent communication, and reliable transportation to client homes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or pursuing) or equivalent experience.
• BACB RBT certification.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work a part-time schedule with varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
