Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Waynesville, North Carolina. You will work under supervision of a BCBA and fellow RBTs to implement behavior plans and support families.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, RBT certification or willing to obtain within 6 months, experience with ASD, and strong communication skills.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of professionals committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

Job Summary

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in their natural environments. You will work closely with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other RBTs to develop and implement behavior intervention plans that promote skill acquisition and socialization.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA or Lead RBT
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Assist with parent training and education
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency and continuity of care

Requirements

Part‑Time Opportunity
